Bixell worked with one of our U.S. customers on their innovative and new generation power system project, and involved deeply in offering engineering customization, including structure design, BMS and software design for the 50V and 100V 5kWh batteries to build the 30kWh-60kWh power systems. The batteries are proved to be reliable in the application of the U.S. end customers. Both the 50V and 100V batteries have been tested and certified under the UL1973 and UL9540A standards.

Bixell customized the high voltage 102.2V 118Ah lithium rechargeable EV battery pack for our customers in Europe. We offered one-stop customization services and engineering support from design to production, in order to assist the customer to achieve this project and deliver to the European market. Besides, the battery pack has been approved and certified by the UN regulation ECE R100 for electric vehicles.
